I acknowledge I will be participating in activities which bring with them a level of risk during the Rural Appreciation Weekend to be held on the 30th September – 3rd of October 2011. This event is to be organised and run by the Rural and Allied Health Medical Society (RAHMS) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and will be conducted in the main on a farming property ‘Oakfield’ owned and occupied by Stephen Nott, of Dunedoo, New South Wales.

I am aware there are risks that are inherent on a farming property, and am aware that the activities to be conducted by RAHMS carry a risk. I agree that I will participate in these activities at my own risk; and I absolve from all liability howsoever arising from injury or damage howsoever caused arising out of my participation in this event, whether the same be due to any negligent act, breach of duty, default or omission of Stephen Nott, or RAHMS, or office bearers of RAHMS, or UNSW

I understand I am participating in these activities at my own risk and will not hold Stephen Nott nor RAHMS nor UNSW responsible.
